fun skirt special

On a rainy Monday, it feels good to dress up a bit.  Maybe the weather can't be sunny and bright, but you can be!  To balance out a skirt (or any piece) that has a busy pattern, pair it with a neutral color in a streamlined cut.  I wore a buff boatneck top, creating a neutral background for the art deco-inspired lines of the skirt.
